We aim to despatch your parcel the same day on a 2 day delivery. Orders received after 2pm will go out the following day. We will contact you by email should an item be out of stock and will be delayed.

Cushion Replacements in Hollow Fibre and Feather, will take 2-3 weeks, as these are made to order.

Next Day Deliveries are available upon request. Your order must be phoned through before 12pm to ensure it is despatched in time.

Orders are despatched using Parcel Force and will require a signature on delivery. If you are not there to sign for the parcel it will be returned to the Depot or your local post office for collection.

It is recommended that you have the parcel delivered to an address where you know there will be someone available to sign. For example a Work Address.
